At OutinBrew, we take pride in the quality of our coffee tools and accessories. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.
Exceptions
Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the following cases:

If you receive the wrong item due to our error.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please double-check your cart before completing checkout.
